the beginning and the ending

Revelations 1:7&8
"7 Behold, He cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see Him, and they also which pierced Him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of Him. Even so, Amen.
8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty."

While the book of Revelation provides the clearest picture of GOD'S grand judgment on the sinfulness of humanity. It also shows the promise and hope for the faithful in Jesus Christ. All creation will return to goodness and beauty; God has the final victory! We need to read the book of Revelation. We want to understand what is being taught and we need to hold fast to GOD'S teaching. 

As stated in yesterday's verses; GLORY to Jesus who LOVED, WASHED and MADE us! All the good we can do is to the credit of our Lord and Savior! Today's verses are the golden crown on those beautiful promises; "Behold, He cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see Him, and they also which pierced Him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of Him. Even so, Amen. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty."
The beginning and the ending Jesus is there through it all. All we know is this earth, we even think of it as home BUT, it's the next world that is our home. One we can only imagine, there will be no more fear or pain. We will be celebrating there with God Almighty!

Elisha’s example

I will make you

Matthew 4:19&20 "19 And He saith unto them, Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men. 20 And they straightway left their nets, and followed Him." In our "Follow Me" series, we study Jesus calling His disciples in the Gospel of Matthew. By the Sea of Galilee, a thriving fishing hub, Jesus saw Simon and Andrew casting nets as humble fishermen. His disciples were ordinary workers, not wealthy or educated elites. Jesus approached them and said, "Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men." Remarkably, they immediately left their jobs to follow Him. This brief exchange conveys a profound truth: Jesus says, "I will make you." Only God can transform us to accomplish His purpose. We should often pray, "Help me, God," seeking Jesus' guidance to follow His plan for our lives.
