Mark 6:41
"And when He had taken the five loaves and the two fishes, He looked up to heaven, and blessed, and brake the loaves, and gave them to His disciples to set before them; and the two fishes divided He among them all."
Jesus is teaching His Disciples, and us, to align with His plan. Jesus asked them "HOW MANY loaves HAVE YE?" They reported "Five loaves, and two fishes." He wants them to help. The Disciples help out. Organizing this massive crowd into groups of hundreds and fifties.
After that, it's in Jesus's hands. Today's verse, "And when He had taken the five loaves and the two fishes, He looked up to heaven, and blessed, and brake the loaves, and gave them to His disciples to set before them; and the two fishes divided He among them all." Jesus takes what little they had and blesses it and multiplied it! God uses what you do have. What we do have is not always things, like loaves and fish. Many times we just need to respond to the needs of others. Look for people that are alone and needing to be seen and recognized. Jesus comes for the losers, the leftovers, the last and the least. To them, you can give hope and comfort. It will mean a lot more than you ever imagined!
