Mark 11:8-9

9 And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna; Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord:"
God's Grand Plan is the GRANDEST of Plans.
God's Grand Plan is your REDEMPTION! God's Grand Plan shifts into high gear in Holy Week. Jesus's death on the cross for the sins of all people was "foreordained" or destined or planed in advance! "before the foundation of the world" That's before "In the beginning..." There really is no GREATER love.
Today's verses are from the Gospel of Mark's record of Palm Sunday. Jesus is riding into Jerusalem on a young donkey. "And many spread their garments in the way: and others cut down branches off the trees, and strawed them in the way. And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, saying, HOSANNA; Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord:" The Hebrew words yasha (“deliver, save”) and anna (“beg, beseech”) combine to form the word that, in English, is “HOSANNA.” Literally, HOSANNA means “I beg you to save!” or “please deliver us!” The crowds welcoming Jesus are optimistically thinking Jesus is the Messiah came to free them from Roman occupation.
