Life & Beyond...

2 Corinthians 4:12-14
"12 So then death worketh in us, but life in you.
13 We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;
14 Knowing that He which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus, and shall present us with you."

God shapes us and molds us through the life experiences He has planned for us. We are His "jars of clay." The trials and tribulations help us grow us closer to God. Makes us better. 

When you are picked on, not accepted, not worthy, not right, outside the group, thought of as uncool; you are experiencing how our Lord and Savior was treated. All the "mini" deaths we experience again and again are tiny samples how the world treats GOD. GOD will help you through it all and BEYOND!!!

Today's verses; "So then death worketh in us, BUT LIFE in YOU. We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak; Knowing that He which RAISED up the Lord Jesus shall RAISE up US also by Jesus, and shall present us with you." Like the grapes that become even better when made into RAISENS; when our Lord and Savior RAISES us up to our new life we will be even better.

Luke 1:51-53 "51 He hath shewed strength with His arm; He hath scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts. 52 He hath put down the mighty from their seats, and exalted them of low degree. 53 He hath filled the hungry with good things; and the rich he hath sent empty away." This is Mary's Magnificat. Beginning with verse forty-six Mary's responds to Elizabeth’s blessing is EPIC! In this poem Mary praises GOD for His blessing to her and His faithfulness to Israel.  Mary's Magnificat also highlights a series of reversals in which the proud are humbled and the humble are exalted! Which we read in today's verses; "He hath shewed STRENGTH with His arm; He hath scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts.
