Fall Back to GOD!
Fall Into GOD'S Arms!
Fall On Our Knees!
The titles of our daily devotional studies the last three weeks. It's abundantly clear that our GOD is Holy, Glorious and Generous. We have every reason to be in awe and have the attitude of humility and submission to GOD. The whole plan, all along, was for the Son of God to come to us and be sacrificed for our sins. As the hymn in yesterday's study said; "For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn...  O night when Christ was born!" We cannot over estimate the importance of this event for all our lives!

KNOWING this we begin to appreciate how inadequate we are to save ourselves or even do good in the lives of others. We really want to do better. But, we can't. We really want to learn how to FALL IN LINE with GOD'S rules, regulations and laws. Try as we will, we learn with experience the reality expressed in today's verse from the letter to the Romans, chapter three, verse twenty three; "For ALL have sinned, and come SHORT of the GLORY of GOD;"

Acts 2:7&8 "7 And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilaeans? 8 And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?" The Holy Ghost is the only way this happens. They were very surprised to be hundreds and, some cases, thousands of miles from "home" and hearing their language spoken! It was astonishing! Appreciate that these devout Jewish people whose families had been carried away from Israel generations before. Taken in captivity by armies that invaded and conquered Israel.
